Develop strength, grace and coordination with Liz Lark s dynamic, creative yoga practice, developed from methods of Hatha Yoga (sun/moon balance). Liz specialises in sequencing postures creatively, inspired by her background in Arts (BA 3D Design, MA Performing Arts) and Teacher Training (BWY, Yoga Alliance, Astanga Vinyasa) and Bodywork. Postures are adapted to suit individual needs. Shot on location on the Southwest Coast of England, follow Liz s instructions accompanied by a backdrop of wild Cornish seacoast. An original music soundtrack has been composed especially for this practice.
