All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class post free of charge (1-3 working days). International orders are charged at relative rates based on basket size and overall order weight.
Orders received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day, if you order after 2.30pm we will do our utmost to dispatch that day but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on the Weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please allow 7 working days after the scheduled delivery date in the UK and 21 working days in Europe before contacting us regarding a missing or delayed product. All post UK/Europe is sent via Royal Mail PLC please see our shipping rates below for further information.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
You may cancel your order for any reason by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery to you. Such notice may be given by phone (0)203 012 0065, mail (Offset Media, Stanmaur Quakers Walk, London N21 2DE UK) or email ([email protected]).
Additionally you may cancel your order because of a problem with your order such as a defect in the goods or because an incorrect quantity was delivered – in such circumstances, please notify us at the time of cancellation.
All goods packaged with a license seal must be returned with the licence seal still intact.
The goods must be returned undamaged and with the delivery note or invoice listing your unique order number and your name and address.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 working days of the date on which you ordered them you must notify us in writing at the [email protected] contact address of the problem.
If you notify a defect or error in your order under this condition, we will, at your option, either: Make good any shortage or non-delivery; or replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund to you the amount paid for the goods.
On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless we agree otherwise. Where goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
