Description
Alain Moreau (Jean-Claude Van Damme) travels to New York from the South of France to investigate the murder of his twin brother. Teaming up with his late sibling’s girlfriend (Natasha Henstridge), Moreau finds himself pursued by both Russian mobsters and the FBI.
