Description
The late Bruce Lee provided original narration for this instructional film, which explains and demonstrates the martial art of Jeet Kune Do. Lee demonstrates his punching and kicking techniques, in addition to explaining the movement and combat principles and philosophies underlying the art. Additional commentary is provided by Lee’s close friend Danny Inosanto and son Brandon Lee, and the film is produced and directed by Walt Missingham – the first non-Chinese to practice kung fu at the Shaolin Temple.
